Challenge

Progress Deserves
To Be Celebrated

Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one visit, one breath, and one challenge at a time.

The IBH Challenge was created to encourage consistency rather than competition. Whether your goal is two minutes or fifteen, every milestone represents personal growth.

Because the greatest achievement isn’t beating someone else. It’s becoming stronger than yesterday.

What Is The IBH
Ice Plunge Challenge?

The Ice Plunge Challenge is a personal cold-exposure challenge at Ice BathHouse. Choose a milestone, step into the ice plunge, control your breathing and see how calmly you can stay with the cold. It’s not about beating the person beside you. It’s about challenging yourself, one milestone at a time.

2 Minutes → 5 Minutes → 10 Minutes → 15 Minutes

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Do I need to book the Ice Plunge Challenge?

No booking is required. Walk-ins are always welcome, so you can take on the challenge whenever you visit Ice Bathhouse.

Before starting, simply inform our receptionist and sign the required waiver. Our team will guide you through the challenge from there.

This makes the process very clear:

Walk in → Inform reception → Sign waiver → Take the challenge.

Absolutely. First-timers are welcome to take part, and our team will guide you through the process so you know what to expect before you begin.

We recommend starting with the shortest challenge and progressing gradually. The Ice Plunge Challenge is not a competition it is about challenging yourself, staying in control and building confidence at your own pace.

All official Ice Plunge Challenges take place in our Ice Plunge (5-8°C) pool.

If you leave the pool before completing your selected time, the challenge will not be counted as completed. But getting into the 4°C Ice Pool and giving it your best effort is already something to be proud of. You can always come back and try again when you feel ready.

Every milestone comes with its own recognition:

  • 2-Minute & 5-Minute Challenges: Certificate, keychain and photo session.
  • 10-Minute Challenge: Certificate, keychain, photo session and a place on the Ice BathHouse Wall of Fame.
  • 15-Minute Challenge: Everything included in the 10-minute challenge, plus a complimentary drink to celebrate your achievement.

No. You may progress through each level or choose the challenge you feel ready to attempt. However, we always encourage you to challenge yourself responsibly and within your own limits.

The Real Reward Is
Who You Become.

People often begin hoping to stay in the cold a little longer. Over time, they discover something bigger greater confidence, better discipline, healthier routines, meaningful friendships.

Because the challenge isn't really about the cold. It's about becoming a better version of yourself.
